OpenAI plans Google Cloud access for its models and Codex, with launch still ahead

OpenAI announced plans to offer its frontier models and Codex through Google Cloud. Customers would purchase through Model Garden and the Cloud Marketplace and use existing cloud spending commitments. General availability is planned for the coming weeks; access through Google Antigravity and Gemini Agent is also described as forthcoming. This is a planned channel, separate from Anthropic’s already available managed Claude offering.
