Sierra raises $950 million to expand its enterprise AI customer experience platform

TechCrunch reports that Sierra has raised $950 million in new funding. The company says the capital gives it more than $1 billion to deploy as it works to build what it describes as a global standard for AI-powered customer experiences in the enterprise.
